The following are the minimum eligibility requirements for adult(s):
- Homeless OR meet the HUD definition of very low or extremely low income and be at risk of becoming homeless.
- Self-sufficient
Proof of Custody for Children (One of the Following)
- Proof of Pregnancy
- Legal Custody Documentation
- Birth Certificates
Income Verification (All that Apply)
- CalWorks or Child Support Verification
- SSI or Unemployment Benefits Award Letter
- Last TwoPay Stubs
- Letter from Employer stating Wages/Deductions
- Record of Bank Deposits for Cash-Paying Jobs
Verification of Situation
- Certification of Homelessness
- Letter of Support or Documentation of Risk of Homelessness
Photo ID for All Adults
Income Verification (All that Apply)
- SSI or Unemployment Benefits Award Letter
- Last TwoPay Stubs
- Letter from Employer stating Wages/Deductions
