Residential Transitional Housing

At the Dan Dunlap Center, families are provided
for through Transitional Housing.

In Martha’s Village's Dan Dunlap Center, 120 neighbors in need live in Transitional Housing. Residential staff assists clients with information, support, and referrals to resources that help them reach self-sufficiency, and acquire permanent employment and permanent housing.

Transitional Housing offers:

  • 34 rooms, 24 of which are for families, six rooms for single men, and four rooms for single women.

  • Intake for each new neighbor in need with a review of the client handbook.

  • Staff available 24 hours a day to support the residents and team with them to meet all goals and transition to higher standards
    of living.


  • Provision of linens, blankets, hygiene and infant supplies, laundry services and a clean, safe sober living environment.

  • Rules and guidelines for all residents to ensure a safe and stable environment.

Our mission is to assist clients in regaining independence by providing a stable living environment, guidance and refferals to appropriate resources that support them in reaching their self-sufficiency goals.
