Martha’s Village Still Has Urgent Need

Martha’s Village & Kitchen continues to strive to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness by providing countless services for the increasing numbers of homeless, poor and needy in our community. We ask for your generous support for the following:

  • KITCHEN: Chicken, ground beef and vegetables for over 1,000 meals/day.
  • KITCHEN: Roast beef and ham for the traditional Christmas dinner to 3,500+ people and all kinds of toys for children, ages infant to 15.
  • MEDICAL CLINIC: Cash donations for homeless and uninsured patient visits and medications for over 1,000 prescriptions each month for treatment of diabetes, hypertension, asthma, anxiety & depression and wound care. The clinic has seen a 40% increase in patient visits this year.
  • RESIDENTIAL: White bath towels, white twin/full-size sheets, shampoo, toothpaste, tooth brushes for the 200+ residents in the shelter.
